We source this data from www.realestate.co.nz who supply it based on their regional definitions.
It tracks the number of mortgagee listing in their database, and is said to exclude listing repetitions. It tracks weekly mortgagee listing levels, not mortgagee sales.
(Mortgagee sales are tracked by www.zoodle.co.nz, although that data is not available until more than two months after month-end.)
