Four of the eight apartments on offer at this week's Ray White City Apartments auction in Auckland were sold under the hammer, with the other four passed in for sale by negotiation.
Most of the offerings attracted competitive bids, although there were no bids for a large apartment in the Quest building on Queen St, even though it was not part of that building's hotel complex and would have been suitable for owner-occupiers.

I could but I see some problematic properties here. I usually concentrate on what i would regard as 'typical' which equates to what I would consider buying. Generally I have never advocated buying apartments as it seemed like backing a losing BlackJack player when I was doing my Casino thing. Always back winners and i have never regarded apartments like this because of many a horror story.
Naturally my figures will exclude leasehold and 'weather tightness issues' properties.
From today's news even the Aussie housing market is starting to look as if it has topped. Hong Kong retail sales down 21% in Feb. Singapore property prices down for 10th successive quarter. If property prices here manage to hold current levels they will have done well.
I read that too. I also read that it is unlikely to completely crash but more likely to drop 5-10% and stagnate for a decade which seems more likely in this part of the world. http://www.theguardian.com/business/2016/apr/01/australian-house-price-…

When Trump says "I alone..." he is comparing himself to the other candidates in the race. This woman is not very bright and has shown her true colours. Trump is well rid of her. #MakeAmericaGreatAgain.

Say it aint so Zach.
Cause he's a complete douche Zach! My god man, Don't tell me you like Palin also?
(I appreciate your honesty regardless ;-)
Bernie all the way for me though.
Anyway you may .........appreciate this: (for a laugh)
Thankyou bigbunny for using my official title. I am a big believer in identity politics. Trump is rich, of German/Scottish heritage, Christian, highly intelligent, straight, humourous, politically incorrect and handsome - all things I identify with and typical Kiwis should too. I believe you must vote for people who are likely to work in your own best interests and that is going to be someone similar to yourself or someone you identify with. Consider that when you next tick a ballot paper.
No, being in the Epsom electorate I voted for NZ First for party and Act for local MP. This was for ideological/strategic reasons.
Trump, not handsome?

I suspect this could be a trick question. I would say I agree on all his key policy points, especially building the wall and general lifestyle choices (beautiful family). I have watched many interviews and docos on him and I am always impressed. I'd have to say he is a Troll's President and he makes things fun.
I think this endorsement from someone who was close to Trump as a senior in High School is well worth reading:

I suspect you would say that about any candidate. Trump could be genuine and is largely independent of the lobby groups so he is worth supporting. What is there to lose? Trump has said sensible things about NATO, the Middle East, uncontrolled immigration, Russia, China and US defence arrangements with Japan and Korea. Finally we are hearing some common sense on the political stage. The absolute horror and insanity that people like Hillary Clinton, Bush, Neocons, Obama, Cameron and Sarkozy have subjected the people of North Africa and the Middle East to which now threatens all of Europe must not be allowed to continue.
Putin said of Trump, "He’s a really brilliant and talented person, without any doubt," With Putin and Trump in charge we can look forward to some competent, sane and manly leadership.
Trump is America's last hope, possibly humanity's last hope.
If perky manboobs are your thing Kakapo then go right ahead.
I prefer to judge these men by the beauty of their women:
