Commercial properties provided new owners with net yields from 6.1% to 7.5%

Prices on a variety of commercial investment properties sold recently by Knight Frank and Colliers International ranged from $397,250 for a unit in a newly built industrial complex in Rangiora, to $2.35 million for a 300 square metre shop on Mt Eden Rd in Auckland.

Yields ranged from 6.1% to 7.5%.

Recent Commercial Property Sales by Knight Frank:

  • 10 Mt Eden Rd, Newton, Auckland. A 300 square metre retail building. sold for $2.35 million, providing a yield of 7.5%. Sold by Allan Myers of Knight Frank South Auckland.
     
  • Unit 5, I Kingsford Smith Rd, Rangiora.  A 980 square metre, newly built industrial property. Vacant. Sold for $1.46 million by Craig Edwards and Campbell Taylor of Knight Frank Christchurch.
     
  • Unit 4, 1 Kingsford Smith Rd, Rangiora. A newly built, vacant, 239 square metre industrial property, sold for $397,250 by Craig Edwards and Campbell Taylor.
     
  • Unit 2, 1 Kingsford Smith Rd, Rangiora. A newly built, vacant 239 square metre industrial unit, sold for $397,250 by Craig Edwards and Campbell Taylor.
