Description of trading activities
Arvida Group's purpose is to help New Zealanders live a truly fulfilling life as they age. They are one of the larger operators of retirement villages and aged care facilities in New Zealand. Arvidas’ current portfolio consists of 33 retirement villages, which Arvida uses the term ‘community’ rather than ‘retirement village’ as they’re designed to encourage and support full interaction with the neighborhood and people around them.
CEO profile
Jeremy Nicoll was appointed the Chief Executive Officer in October of 2021. Prior to Nicolls’ appointment, Nicholl was the Chief Financial Officer from IPO in 2014. Nicoll has 14 years of experience in the financial services and property sectors, which include executive positions at ING and ANZ businesses in New Zealand. Nicoll is a past President of the Property Council New Zealand.

Anthony Beverley was appointed Chair of Arvida Group on the 2nd of July, 2021. Beverley has almost 35 years' experience in the property, investment and capital market sectors. As a result of having almost 20 years' experience working with AMP capital, Beverley provides great knowledge and expertise to Arvida and the company's strategic plan. Beverley is a chartered Fellow of the NZ institute of directors.
