Christian Hawkesby runs Harbour Asset Management's fixed income business.

He spent 9 years at the Bank of England, where he held a number of senior positions, including Head of Market Intelligence, Chief Manager of the Sterling Markets Division, and Private Secretary to the Deputy Governor.

He began his career at the RBNZ in 1998, where he spent time as both an analyst in the NZ cash, fixed income and FX markets, and as an economist running the RBNZ macroeconomic model.
