Banks, led by ANZ, increased annual advertising spending by 15% to $119.3 mln in 2013

New Zealand banks spent $119.3 million on advertising during 2013, which was an annual increase of $15.2 million, or 15%, according to Nielsen AIS figures based on rate card value.
