Details of the latest commercial property sales by Bayleys and Colliers are now available on our Auction/Sales Results page, including the full results of Bayleys' latest commercial property auction, where sales were achieved on 12 of the 18 properties marketed for auction, with five passed in to be sold by negotiation and one withdrawn from sale prior to the auction.
Prices at the auction ranged from $560,000 for a 121 square metre retail/office space on Constellation Drive on the North Shore which achieved a yield of 5.35%, to $3.525 million for a commercial building in a mixed use zone in Newton on the fringe of Auckland's CBD. It achieved a yield of 4.31%.
Properties that were passed in included retail premises at Henderson, Highland Park and the CBD, plus a commercial building at Papakura.
Colliers latest commercial sales ranged from a 779 square metre office/Warehouse at Manukau that was sold for $1.51 million, to $3.275 million for a 15.4 hectare pip and stonefruit orchard at Hastings, which included a coolstore, packhouse, cafe and two houses.
The yields on Colliers' latest sales ranged from 5.09% for a warehouse at Albany on the North Shore to 7.5% for a commercial property in Rotorua.
