It was a busy week in Harcourts' auction rooms last week with 150 homes around the country put on the block.
In Auckland Harcourts auctioned 71 homes with a couple of them hitting the $3 million threshold and only two selling for less than $500,000.
One of those was a two bedroom home unit in Browns Bay on the North Shore, which sold for $421,000, and the other was a three bedroom house marketed as a do up at Weymouth in south Auckland (pictured) that sold for $436.000.
Harcourts also auctioned10 homes in Waikato/Bay of Plenty last week, another 10 in the lower North Island and 58 in Christchurch.
