Recent commercial property sales reported by NAI Harcourts, Colliers International and Knight Frank, included a 40 unit motel and a 153 unit self storage facility both in Hamilton, a block of light industrial units at Glen Eden in west Auckland, a couple of development sites in Auckland, a couple of warehouses in Christchurch and commercial buildings in Thames and Hamilton.

Recent commercial property sales by Colliers International:
- 11B Waikaukau Rd, Glen Eden, Auckland. A 750 square metre building containing three separate, two level light industrial units, on a 1396 square metre site. Sold at auction for $750,000. The agents were Craig Smith, Michael Bray and Dhiru Patel.
- Lot 17, 12 Northside Drive, Westgate, Auckland. A 6247 square metre development site . Sold for $3 million by Brad Visser and Sean Finnegan.
- 1 Hobsonville Rd, Hobsonville, Auckland. A 4249 square metre development site. Sold for $2.124 million by Sean Finnegan, Craig Newth and Janet Marshall.
Recent commercial property sales by Knight Frank:
- U7, Lot 28, 19 Racecourse Rd, Sockburn, Christchurch. A 183 square metre warehouse with 150 square metre office over two levels. Vacant. Sold for $812,000. The agents were Tom Lax and Benedict Casey.
- J/477 Blenheim Rd, Sockburn, Christchurch. A 180 square metre warehouse with office. Vacant. Sold for $285,000. The agents were Sam Stone, Murray Madgwick and Greg Bevin.
