Colliers International and NAI Harcourts have both released the results of recent commercial property transactions completed throughout the country, with the price of properties sold by NAI Harcourts ranging from $480,000 for a retail premises with two tenancies in Ngaruawahia to $5.28 million for a vacant industrial property at East Tamaki in Auckland.
The prices of properties sold by Colliers ranged from $1.14 million for a vacant office unit at Ellerslie in Auckland to $8.2 million for an office/Warehouse at Wiri in South Auckland.

- 3-5 Harbour Ridge Drive, Wiri, Auckland. A new 2640 square metre, warehouse/office building on a 9637 square metre site. Sold for $8.2 million, providing a yield of 5.88%. The agents were Hamish West and Andrew Hooper.
- Unit M, 195 Main Highway, Ellerslie, Auckland. A vacant 250 square metre strata titled office. Sold for $1.14 million by Kris Ongley and Jonathan Lynch.
