Description of trading activities
Stride Property Group (SPG) produces a group of products in specific commercial sectors in order to grow its investment management business. SPG’s main sources of income are Real estate investment management fees, direct property income, and indirect property income.
CEO profile
Philip Littlewood joined SPG in 2014. In 2017, Littlewood was appointed Chief Executive of the company, and Director. Littlewood has over 20 years’ experience in property investment management in New Zealand, and overseas. Littlewood has spent time with Morgan Stanley’s real estate merchant banking division, and partnership in a large private-equity real estate firm. Prior to joining, Littlewood was the Investment Manager of AMP Capital Investors.

Tim Storey became the Chair of Stride Property in 2009. Storey has more than 30 years’ business experience and has practiced Law both in Australia and New Zealand. Storey is a director of JustKapital Litigation Partners Limited and a number of private companies that are listed on the ASX.
