Vital Healthcare Property Trust (VHP) is managed by healthcare property managers (Northwest Healthcare Properties Management Limited) a subsidiary of a publicly listed healthcare property group based in Toronto, Canada. Globally they have an excess of $11 billion dollars. VHP’s sole purpose is on healthcare property, VHP wants to engage with Healthcare clients in their niche sector by delivering stable and growing units to clients and shareholders.

CEO profile
Aaron Hockly is currently the appointed ‘Manager’ of VHP. Hockly has a Masters in Applied Finance and a BA/LLB from the University of Auckland. He has over 20 years experience in financial services, property and law. Prior to this, Hockly was COO of an ASX listed real estate investment trust for almost 10 years. Hockley has served on the Boards of several charities in both New Zealand and Australia including Mercy Healthcare Auckland where he is currently a director and previously the Ponsonby Community Centre.

Graham Stuart is currently the independent chairman of EROAD limited and an independent director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Tower. Stuart was previously CEO of Sealord Group from 2007 to 2014. He is a fellow of Chartered Accountants, Australia & NZ.
