The Bank of New Zealand says Flybuys chief executive Andy Symons will replace Chris Bayliss as its director of retail banking.
Bayliss is shifting to Australia to head up the retail network of the BNZ's parent National Australia Bank. He leaves on June 9.
Symons, now chief executive of Loyalty New Zealand Ltd (Flybuys), replaces Bayliss in August subject to Reserve Bank clearance. Before then Glenn Patrick, BNZ’s chief operating officer for retail services, will stand in as acting retail director, BNZ said.
