Details emerge of possible Hanover prospectus breach

The Independent's Denise McNabb has an interesting story here on BusinessDay.co.nz about how Hanover Group may have breached its prospectus by lending for a Los Angeles development through United Finance rather than Hanover, which was not supposed to lend outside New Zealand under its prospectus.
