Allied Nationwide, South Canterbury, Heretaunga guaranteed

Three more financial institutions have been approved under the New Zealand Deposit Guarantee Scheme. They are Allied Nationwide Finance, South Canterbury Finance and the Heretaunga Building Society. The new approvals take the total number of approved institutions to 23. There are currently ten banks, nine finance companies and four building societies and co-operatives that have been approved for the guarantee. A full list is found here.
