He wonders if John Key is actually serious about reforming New Zealand's economy to rebalance it towards exporting and production and away from consumption and property. By not reforming he risks sentencing New Zealand to permanent economic decline ending in the North and South Islands being retirement farms off the east coast of Australia. Your view?
