The Mint Australasian Property Fund typically invests in New Zealand and Australian listed property securities. The Fund can invest across a wide universe of property related securities which are listed on the New Zealand and Australian stock exchanges. This includes securities that derive the majority of their earnings from the ownership or control of real estate assets. The Fund can also hold cash.
