KEY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Auckland Airport (AIR, #3) has released a draft update of its Master Plan, outlining a long-term vision out to the late 2040s. The plan focuses on terminal integration, a second runway, future rapid transport connections, and a stronger emphasis on sustainability and innovation. While it guides future development, it is not a commitment to build specific assets. The timeline for a second runway has been pushed out by a decade, with operational efficiencies delaying the need. Consultation with airlines, stakeholders and the community will take place over the coming months, with a final version expected by the end of the year.
Kiwi Property (KPG, #23) will announce its annual results for the year ended 31 March 2025 on Monday, 26 May 2025.
