KEY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Gentrack Group Limited (GTK, #24) advises that its half-year results for the six months ended 31 March 2025 will be released on Monday, 19 May 2025. An investor briefing webcast will be held at 10.30am New Zealand time / 8.30am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
Property for Industry (PFI, #27) has upgraded its FY25 earnings guidance, now expecting Adjusted Funds From Operations (AFFO) to be 5–10% higher than previously forecast. Meridian Energy (MEL, #2) has appointed Mandy Simpson as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 September 2025. Simpson, who brings extensive finance, operations, and capital markets experience, will oversee Finance, Risk, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Procurement.
