WHAT THE NZX50 INDEX IS DOING
The NZX50 starts the week flat, holding onto a +4% gain for the month and a +15% increase year-on-year.
THE MAIN GAINERS
The market recorded 36 gainers today, led by Precinct Properties (PCT, #19), which rose +2%, bringing its six-month growth to +5% and a year-on-year increase of +4%. Mainfreight (MFT, #6) followed with a +1.6% gain today, contributing to a +6% rise for the month and +9% year-on-year growth. Sky (SKT, #49) also advanced +1.6%, though it remains down -9% for the month and -10% year-on-year. EBOS Group (EBO, #7) matched the second and third places +1.6% daily gain, helping to achieve a strong +10% growth for the month, +13.5% over six months, and a +3% increase year-on-year.

THE MAIN DECLINERS
The 47 decliners in the market today were led by Oceania Healthcare (OCA, #39), which fell -4%. OCA has seen a -6% decline for the month but retains a yearly gain of +10%. Investore Property (IPL, #46) dropped -2.5%, reflecting a -5% decrease for the month, though it holds a +17% gain over the last six months and +16% year-on-year. Argosy Property (ARG, #32) declined -2%, bringing its year-on-year drop to -3%. Vista Group Limited (VGL, #36) fell -1.4%, with little impact on its substantial +100% gain year-on-year.

KEY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Kiwi Property Group (KPG, #23) has announced a 5.5-year fixed-rate Green Bond offer of up to NZ$100 mln, with an additional NZ$25 mln available through oversubscriptions. The bonds will carry a minimum interest rate of 5.35%, with an indicative margin of 1.70%–1.80%. The final margin and interest rate will be set following a bookbuild process, with details to be announced this coming Thursday, the 5th of December.
