KEY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Infratil (IFT, #4) had an independent valuation completed on the 30th of September showing its investment into the CDC data centres. The valuation showed an increase of A$287 million over the three months since June 2024's valuation. This indicates that IFT's 48.17% investment into the CDC is now valued between A$4.386 bln and A$5248 bln. In its announcement to the NZX, IFT states that the increase in valuation is reflection of a high level of interest from customers which leads to the 'advancement of customer discussions for capacity across all regions' where CDC operates and 'acceleration' for construction and development activity. This valuation reflects a small increase in the funding of IFT's equity raising. Its pro-rata share of equity to CDC is now set to be an approximate A$700 million over the next two to three years. This is an increase of +A$100 million.
