- Establish a longer-term, and therefore more predictable, funding model for the provision of restorative justice services.
- Promote the use of restorative justice both in the justice system and the community, and restore and resource a more community-led approach.
- Ensure that restorative justice agreements are enacted.
- Facilitate on-going dialogue about restorative justice policies between government, community organisations and other affected stakeholders.
