- If a lawful Police search of a property discovers the following: an illegal operation, unlawful possession of a firearm, or a person who is either a member of a gang or is closely affiliated, then the Crown can apply to the Court for an order to seize the assets of that operation.

- Ensure that everyone before the justice system, at any stage of the process, regardless of gender, race, origin or financial status, is treated equally, accorded due process, and without any limitation on their right to justice.
- Enable Māori groups, community organisations, and community class actions to be eligible for legal aid funding and enact legislation to facilitate group action.
- Promote the use of restorative justice both in the justice system and the community.
- Address institutional racism and eliminate discrimination in the justice system.
- Take a preventative approach to addressing the over-representation of Māori and Pasifika young people in the youth justice system.
- Promptly investigate and, if found, stop any abuse of the rule of law happening in Aotearoa New Zealand.

- Establish a Māori Legal Service/Defence Legal Service with $100 million set aside to defend Māori from the State.
- Establish a Te Ture Ōrite consisting of $500 million to implement a parallel restorative Māori Criminal Justice system, based on tikanga Māori which aims to rehabilitate .and reintegrate offenders and victims as contributing members of their communities and to stamp out racism at all levels of the justice system.
