- Legislating that the principles of the Treaty are based on the actual Treaty, in contrast with the recent interpretation of obscure Treaty principles, and inviting the people to ratify it.
- Reverse race-based policies such as Three Waters, the Māori Health authority, undemocratic local government representation, and Resource Management law that requires consultation based on race.
- Reorient the public service to target need based on robust data instead of lazy ethnicity-based targeting.
- ACT would legislate that the principles of the Treaty are based on what the Treaty actually says, in contrast with recent revisionist interpretations of the Treaty’s principles, through a Treaty Principles Act and inviting citizens to ratify it.
