- Increase paid parental leave to a total of 15 months, and allowing leave to be used concurrently by both parents in the first three months after a child is born.
- Parent's or caregiver's income would be topped up by $215 every week for their first child, then $135 a week for every other child.
- Introduce a Carer’s Leave for those caring for dependent, immediate family members.
