- Widen the teaching of practical and social life skills in primary and secondary schools.
- Resource the roll out of Te Kotahitanga programme to all secondary schools.
- Provide scholarships for Pacific language teachers at primary and secondary schools.
- Support the use of work-experience programmes within secondary schools to aid students’ transition to the workplace and enable students to learn in communities.
