Westpac says 75% of customers want the 'device agnostic' mobile banking it's promising

Westpac says nearly 75% of its customers, based on an online survey of 820 customers, want the option of also being able to do all the banking they can do on a desktop on a mobile device.
The bank is aiming to provide all banking capability that currently requires customers to visit branches or call a contact centres via its "device agnostic" online platform by August or September.
