Leadership, diversity work and being 'deeply embedded in banking' got Anthony Healy BNZ's top job

BNZ's incoming CEO Anthony Healy got the job because of his "outstanding" leadership, the work he has done heading up the bank's diversity project, and because he's "deeply imbedded in banking," chairman John Waller says.
These were the three reasons Waller cited for Healy getting the job ahead of other contenders when asked by interest.co.nz following the announcement Healy will succeed Andrew Thorburn.
