Greg Beehre rehired from Westpac to take up the newly created role of general manager for industry specialisation at ASB

ASB has established a new management position, general manager for industry specialisation, appointing Greg Beehre, formerly area manager for transactional banking at Westpac, to the role.

Beehre, who previously worked for ASB for 10 years in retail, business, commercial and institutional banking, will lead a specialist team across areas such as franchising, professionals, Maori business and transaction banking.

"Greg and the team will focus on providing ASB's market-leading customer service across these specialist areas combined with a strong local presence and continued leadership in technological innovation," ASB said.
