It will be interesting to see what happens in the months ahead. I've been dealing with plenty of farmers who have been conned into investing their equity into commercial space by their bankers, when they ought to have simply bought the run off up the road. I'm worried that the starlust effect of owning six stories of B grade commercial property is simply going to turn into a rerun of the credit swaps debacle of the early 00's. Did you REALLY know what you were getting into Farmer Jones?
