What a load of rubbish, low OCR is done to support the banks firstly and a bonus for govt.
Just look at the % difference on credit cards, 21% charged to average Jo and what do the banks borrow at ?
Negative rates are an absolute JOKE......10 years in EUR land and destruction of the BOND market. FAILED
